The current facility, with its lack of natural lighting and daylight, fails to meet the community’s requirements. Our outreach efforts revealed a strong desire for a new facility that would better serve the residents. The envisioned Mary Ella Brown Community Center features a full gym, a Head-start program, and multipurpose activity spaces. In addition to the indoor amenities, the project includes a skate park and a refurbishment of the existing pool. This new center is designed to incorporate ample natural light to create a welcoming, energizing environment.
